Trying to catch up - almost don't know where to begin!
The last of June, first of July we took a trip to Laramie to take Cheyenne to live with Shawn & Heather.  We were a little worried about how she would do in the car since she hasn't been accustom to riding in the car so Shawn sent us some sedative for her.  Instructions were to give her one an hour before leaving and if it didn't do much give her another one.  After an hour she wasn't very calm and so when we were filling up with gas we gave her another one.  When we had the window rolled down a little she had her nose out smelling and enjoying the ride!
We were actually past Mountain Home before she really started settling down then she was pretty good.
It seemed that she was a little too calm though and we decided two pills might have been a little bit too much.  By the time we got to Neil & Shirley's she was still pretty passive.  We took her to a park and threw the ball for her for a while.  She would run to get it then just walk back with it for a while.
Here's pictures of her on the trip.

This is was taken on the first day.
She kept wanting to put her head
up between Jim & I.

Second day.  We only gave her one pill and she did much better.  She got to where when we stopped she would jump right back up in the car when we were ready to go.

This is my favorite picture of her.

So this is Cheyenne's new home.
Driveway going up to the house. Shop on the left

This is the house.  Could have taken a closer picture but didn't!

This is the horse arena that is on the other side of the driveway from the house.  I took the picture from the driveway of the house.

This is the back yard, of course.

This is the field beyond the back yard.  Down where the grass is greener is a water area.  Just recently I was talking with Heather and she said Cheyenne goes down to the water three or more times a day and plays in the water.
She also roams around out in the field and hunts the little creatures living out there.  She has caught prairie dogs and brought one up to the house and left as a peace offering!!  She use to do that with mice when we lived on Pit.
